What should I expect during the initial 15-minute consultation?

We will briefly discuss your reason for seeking therapy, expectations, frequency of sessions, payment, learn a bit about each other, and review contact info. Then we will decide if we are moving forward with a therapeutic client-therapist relationship.

What should I expect from therapy?

  • My expertise and undivided attention.
  • Expect to put in work in order to reach the goals discussed. Expect to feel supported and listened to. Expect honesty and transparency

What should I expect during my first session/evaluation?

During the 1-hour long evaluation, we will dive into a complete assessment, discussed goals you want to achieve in therapy, and discuss what it means to have a “Healthy mind…healthy life!”

What should I expect during ongoing sessions?

Prepare to get to work! During ongoing sessions, we will process, employ techniques, assess, and evaluate ways to help reach your goals.


How much does therapy cost?

  • ​​​​​​$250 for the first session/evaluation
  • $185-$200 for 45-60-minute sessions
  • $285 for couples’ therapy
  • $300 for family therapy

How do I pay for therapy?

  • ​​​​​​Currently, we are only accepting payments from major credit/debit cards, electronic transfers from zelle/PayPal, and or cash.
  • Information for transfer will be provided at consultation!

Cancelation policy

​​​​​​If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, full session amount will be charged. Thanks for you your understanding and cooperation!

Why don’t you take insurance?

It is our desire that both the therapist and client have control of the therapeutic process with no outside influences dictating the number of sessions to have, frequency of sessions, and when treatment outcomes have been met. Therefore, at this time we are not accepting insurances.
